- Locate the delivery person's position in real time to allow them to receive delivery proposals nearby
- Allow the delivery person to accept or refuse deliveries based on their geographic location
- Calculate optimal routes for deliveries
- Inform customers of the delivery person's movements and location in real time to provide them with an accurate estimate of delivery time
- Improve the overall efficiency of our delivery service
For delivery people: Access to your precise location is essential for the operation of the application. You can enable/disable this feature in your device settings, but please note that this may limit your ability to receive and make deliveries.
For customers: The position of the delivery person communicated to you is used only in the context of your current order. This data is temporarily stored for the duration of delivery and for a reasonable period thereafter for the purposes of troubleshooting problems or potential complaints.
We take the security of this location data very seriously and have put in place appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it against unauthorized access or unlawful processing.

10. Google Privacy Policy
The use of YouTube within Avantages Feedback also implies the application of theGoogle Privacy Policy.
11. Revoke YouTube Access
You can revoke Feedback Advantages access to your Google/YouTube account at any time via the Google security page:https://security.google.com/settings/(“Applications with access to your account” section).
Delete your YouTube data stored with us:
- From Feedback Benefits: Settings → Integrations → YouTube → “Delete my YouTube data / Revoke access”, or
- By contacting us atprivacy@advantagesfeedback.com
We then delete all tokens and all cached YouTube data (e.g. video metadata, stats, synchronized comments) within a maximum period of 30 days (in practice, automated immediate deletion).
12. YouTube data retention & sharing
YouTube data is kept for the time necessary for the functionality to operate, not resold and not shared with third parties other than essential technical subcontractors (hosting, monitoring) under data processing agreements.
Logging: We log API calls in aggregate (errors, quotas) without storing more than necessary.
