Welcome to Avantages Feedback. These General Conditions of Use (“T&Cs”) govern your use of our website, platform and associated services (collectively referred to as the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Avantages Feedback offers a platform allowing companies to create, distribute and analyze customer satisfaction surveys and personalized questionnaires. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Creation and customization of customer satisfaction surveys
- Collection and analysis of customer experience data
- Reporting and data visualizations
- Customer relationship management tools
- Customer experience improvement consulting services
3. Registration and User Accounts
3.1 Account creation
To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.2 Liability
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
4. Use of the Services
4.1 User license
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services for legitimate business purposes.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees and costs, arising from or relating to your violation of this TOS or your use of our Services.
11. Modifications to the Services and the T&Cs
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our Services, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified T&Cs.
12. Third Party Services / YouTube
12.1 YouTube Terms
Our application uses YouTube API Services. By using the YouTube-related features on Avantages Feedback, you agree to be bound by theYouTube Terms of Serviceand by these Terms. The use of YouTube in our application is also subject to theYouTube API Services developer policies.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to the principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or related to these T&Cs or our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
